This 3-session, one-on-one somatic deep dive mirrors that journey.


The Embodied Discovery Series is a personalized initiation into your body’s wisdom — designed for those ready to move beyond surface-level practices and begin listening to the deeper language of the nervous system.

We begin with courage.

We emerge regulated, clearer, and more connected.


What This 3-Session Journey Includes

At the heart of this offering is somatic-based breathwork, supporting your nervous system to shift out of survival patterns and into regulation, presence, and embodied safety.

Rather than pushing, fixing, or performing, we work gently and intentionally — allowing your breath to become the bridge between awareness and lasting change.

Rooted in the principles of Somatic Experiencing, each session meets you exactly where you are. 

We follow your body’s pacing, honoring its signals, boundaries, and innate intelligence.

Yoga and mindful movement are woven in — not as workouts, but as practices of embodied awareness — helping you feel stronger, more spacious, and deeply connected from the inside out.


Session Flow: The Lion to the Lamb

Session 1 –The Lion (Awakening & Awareness)

We gently explore your current nervous system patterns, breath habits, and areas of stored tension. This session builds awareness and establishes safety.


Session 2 – The Fire (Release & Regulation)

Through guided somatic breathwork, we begin releasing chronic stress patterns and stored emotional tension — always grounded and supported.


Session 3 – The Lamb (Integration & Embodied Trust)

We anchor regulation, clarity, and self-trust — leaving you with practical tools to continue living this work in your daily life.
